Dog Fest was created for the purpose of celebrating the special relationship between human beings and our most loyal animal companions. Since the dawn of time, dogs have been our helpers and protectors and our friends.

They have served us, cared for us entertained us, asking only our affection and respect in return. Dog fest is our chance to show our appreciation, to recognize the important role that dogs have always played in our lives say thank you to the best friend humanity has ever had.

The 1st Annual Dog Fest Montreal, a celebration of all things canine for dog lovers and dog owners from across the city and around the province. Enjoy the scenic Lachine Canal for a fun-packed day of dog-themed recreation and special events.

We’ll have obstacle courses and competitions, presentations by police K-9 units, local merchants and manufacturers of dog toys, dog treats, dog food and care products, dog beauty salons, everything dogs and their humans could ever want!

Celebrate the dog days of summer with a fantastic outdoor celebration open to well-behaved pups and all their two-legged friends.

We will have games, contests, refreshments and presentations by canine professionals of all shapes and sizes. The first event of its kind in Montreal, Dog Fest has already attracted an unprecedented amount of interest.
